Word.Studio is a suite of AI-powered writing and brainstorming tools operated by Word Studio LLC (“Word.Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We offer tools for business, creative, and fun tasks.
By using Word.Studio, you’re agreeing to both this Privacy Policy (how we handle your data) and these Terms of Service (the rules of using the site).
We collect basic account info (name, email), technical info (IP, browser), and the text you type into our tools to make the service work.
We use that data only to run Word.Studio and understand how it’s used, not to sell your data or train AI models.
Your prompts/inputs are deleted after 90 days.
You can ask us to delete your account information.
We use cookies and Google Analytics to keep you logged in and understand anonymous traffic patterns.
Word.Studio uses various third‑party AI providers, but your prompts and outputs are not used to train their models or ours.
You fully own the AI outputs you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Word.Studio does not own copyright to outputs that are generated using the tools.
You must not use Word.Studio for anything illegal, hateful, harmful, or deceptive, or to get professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
The service is provided “as is,” with no guarantees, and disputes will be handled in Texas, USA.
Details below.
Word.Studio is operated by:
Word Studio LLC
Contact: [email protected]
We may have users from anywhere in the world.
We collect three main types of information:
Name
Email address
Any text you type into our tools (your prompts, inputs, and other content).
Note: We do not store or process your full billing details ourselves. Payments are handled by our third‑party payment processor (e.g., Stripe), which has its own privacy practices.
When you use Word.Studio, we automatically receive:
IP address
Device and browser details (type, version, operating system)
Basic usage information, such as:
Pages you visit
Tools you use
Time and date of requests
Error logs
We use:
Session cookies to keep you logged in and verify membership status while you use the tools.
Analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand anonymous usage patterns, like which pages and tools are most popular.
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not attach personally identifiable information to analytics reports.
We use your information to:
Provide and operate the Word.Studio service
(e.g., log you in, run tools, deliver AI outputs based on your inputs)
Perform internal analytics
(e.g., understand which tools are used most, improve reliability and UX)
Communicate with you about:
Service-related updates
Account issues
Important changes to policies or features
We do not sell or rent your personal information (including your email) to third parties.
We share data only with:
Service providers who help us run Word.Studio (AI providers, hosting, analytics, payment processor, etc.), under appropriate agreements
Authorities, if required by law, or in connection with a legal process, merger, or similar business event
Word.Studio uses multiple third‑party AI providers and infrastructure partners to generate content and operate the service.
We want to be very clear about this:
Your inputs (prompts, instructions, content) are not used to train or fine-tune third‑party AI models.
Your inputs and outputs are also not used to train or fine-tune our own models.
We and our providers only use your data:
To process your requests and deliver outputs
To maintain and operate the underlying systems (e.g., monitoring for abuse, ensuring security)
If this ever changes in the future, we will:
Update this policy, and
Ask for your consent where required.
Prompts and inputs:
Inputs you send through our tools (e.g., text you type into a form) may be stored in our systems for up to 90 days, primarily for:
Delivering your outputs
Handling technical issues
After that, they are deleted from our active systems.
Outputs:
We don’t provide an archive or export feature for your outputs. If you want to keep something, you are responsible for copying/saving it yourself. We do not claim any rights in your outputs (see Terms), and we do not use them for model training.
Account information (name, email):
We keep this for as long as you have an account.
If you delete your account, we will:
Remove your active account information from our main systems, and
Retain only what is reasonably necessary in backups and logs (for security, legal, and operational reasons) for a limited period.
Technical logs:
IP logs, device info, and other technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and analytics, then deleted or anonymized.
Because Word.Studio is used globally and privacy laws differ, your specific rights may depend on where you live. At minimum, you can:
Request deletion of your account information
Email us at [email protected]. We’ll delete your account data from active systems, subject to any data we must retain in backups or for legal obligations.
Right now, we do not have:
A self-service export of your prompts or outputs
A self-service data download tool
If you believe you have additional legal rights under your local laws (for example, to access or correct your data), you can contact us at the same email and we’ll do our best to honor them in line with applicable regulations.
We use cookies to:
Keep you logged in and maintain your session
Verify your membership status and access to tools
Measure anonymous usage and performance via Google Analytics
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (like staying logged in) may not work properly without them.
Word.Studio is not for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We rely on users to represent that they are old enough to use the service; we do not perform age verification checks.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as:
Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
Access controls and authentication for internal systems
Limited access to user data by staff and systems
However, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information at your own risk.
You can help by:
Using a strong, unique password
Keeping your login details private
Letting us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
We will update the “Last updated” date at the top.
For significant changes, we may email you or show you a notice in the app.
If you continue using Word.Studio after changes are posted, you’re agreeing to the updated policy.

Word.Studio uses AI to generate text and other content based on your inputs.
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or misleading.
AI tools on Word.Studio are meant for drafting, brainstorming, and creative purposes, not final, authoritative answers.
You must not rely on Word.Studio for:
Professional medical/health advice
Professional legal advice
Professional financial or investment advice
Any other specialized advice that should come from a qualified human expert
Always review, edit, and fact-check AI-generated content before using or publishing it.
“Inputs” means the text or other content you submit to Word.Studio (e.g., prompts, instructions, descriptions).
You retain whatever rights you already have in your inputs.
You are responsible for ensuring your inputs don’t violate any laws or rights of others.
“Outputs” are the AI-generated results you receive from using our tools.
You fully own the outputs you receive from Word.Studio (subject to any third‑party rights in the content you used as input).
You may use outputs for personal and commercial purposes.
We do not claim ownership of your outputs and do not use them to train AI models.
To operate the service, you understand that:
We and our third‑party providers process your inputs and outputs as needed to:
Generate responses
Transmit data between systems
Perform security and abuse checks
Beyond that operational use, we do not use your content to train AI models or create derivative products.
You agree not to use Word.Studio (including your inputs or generated outputs) for any of the following:
Illegal activities of any kind
Hate, harassment, or discrimination, including targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
Violence or threats of violence
Exploitation, endangerment, or targeting of minors
Sexually explicit or pornographic content, especially involving minors or non‑consensual scenarios
Fraud, scams, or deception, including:
Phishing
Impersonating others in a way that could cause harm or confusion
Deepfakes intended to deceive
Invasion of privacy, such as generating doxxing content or non‑consensual intimate material
Political persuasion or campaigning, where prohibited or sensitive
Professional medical, legal, financial, or similar advice presented as coming from a qualified expert
Bypassing or attempting to bypass safety systems, filters, or moderation
Scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the service, including:
Automated high‑volume requests
Interfering with stability or security
Any other use that we reasonably decide is harmful or inappropriate.
Some Word.Studio tools are designed for jokes, parody, or satire (e.g., roast speeches, satirical articles). You must:
Clearly treat such content as humor or fiction, not factual reporting.
Not use these tools to impersonate real individuals in a way that could cause real‑world harm, confusion, or reputational damage.
We use a combination of:
Automated safety systems (including moderation tools from our AI providers), and
Keyword filters and other checks
to detect and reduce harmful or abusive content.
However:
No moderation system is perfect.
Some harmful content may slip through, and some safe content may be blocked.
We also work with multiple third‑party AI providers and infrastructure partners to deliver the service. These providers have their own safety and usage rules:
If a provider blocks certain content or use cases, you must respect those restrictions when using Word.Studio.
We may log and review limited information (such as flagged inputs) when needed to enforce our rules or investigate abuse.
Word.Studio may integrate or interact with third‑party services, such as:
Payment processors (e.g., for subscriptions)
AI infrastructure providers
Analytics and logging tools
Email and communication services
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices, but we aim to work only with reputable providers.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Word.Studio at any time.
We may update or remove tools, features, or content.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms, or
We reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users, to us, or to our providers.
You can stop using Word.Studio at any time. You can also request account deletion by emailing [email protected].
